BTC Group MD: Peter's background is in Economics and Management training. Peter focuses on strategy and new market development, consulting with key clients.	IT & Creative Manager: Having worked in several e-learning companies as a developer, Andy focuses project creative design & development and implementation issues.
Roumen Kountchev ::	Connie Brewer ::
Computer Programmer: Educated in Bulgaria, Roumen is a skilled java programmer who maintains and develops new features for thelearningbusiness platform.	Project CoOrdinator: Connie's background is in project management, having worked on European Commission funded aqauculture projects and teaching farmers how to raise freshwater fish in West Africa for over 10 years. Connie heads the Equal (Diversity) Project.

Researcher: Tanya's background is in teaching ICT. Sshe is currently involved in leading edge research as part of her PhD studies at UWB. Tanya is involved in the Equal project as a researcher into learning paradigm's, with a special interest in online delivery.	Director of RIEL:As an ex Olympic coach and currently the Director of RIEL (Bangor Uni), one of the partners of thelearningbusiness, John focuses on bring leading edge ideas into the community of coaches working through thelearningbusiness.
