Computer Programmer: Educated in Bulgaria, Roumen is a skilled java programmer who maintains and develops new features for thelearningbusiness platform.	Business Development Manager: Phillippa has worked as a marketing and sales manager in a number of software and IT businesses and brings to our team a strong focus on marketing and business development. Project CoOrdinator: Connie's background is in project management, having worked on European Commission funded aqauculture projects and teaching farmers how to raise freshwater fish in West Africa for over 10 years. Web Designer/Developer: John's background is in Web design/development and audio production. Having worked on projects for various independent clients in the field of web and multimedia development.	Graphic/Web Designer: Callen has a wide range of experience in the graphic design field, having worked for more than 7 years commercially on web, print and animation based projects. Callen has also worked internationally in Hong Kong and USA for a number of design based companies.

Researcher: Tanya's background is in teaching ICT. Sshe is currently involved in leading edge research as part of her PhD studies at UWB. Tanya is involved in the Equal project as a researcher into learning paradigm's, with a special interest in online delivery.	Director of RIEL:As an ex Olympic coach and currently the Director of RIEL (Bangor Uni), one of the partners of thelearningbusiness, John focuses on bring leading edge ideas into the community of coaches working through thelearningbusiness.
