You are an experienced Flash developer competent in design and development in a Web-based environment. You are capable of taking the lead in developing the look interactive functionality of leading edge e-learning materials. You can work closely with other Flash developers and data programmers to produce effective e-learning, which will be available through our portal. www.thelearningbusiness.com.
As importantly you have excellent customer focussed approach and the ability to work with a team of professional developers and coaches in a project based environment.
You have a background in multimedia design in a Web-based environment. In particular you will competent with all aspects of the Adobe Suite of web development tools, particularly in the use of Flash and Photoshop, and able to develop your experience with sound and video.
Your key responsibility will be to support BTC's business growth by developing engaging elearning materials for our web-based customers, developing web based marketing material and contributing to the customer focused ethic of the business. You will present a professional image to a professional client base, and support BTC's business growth by helping to build the brand of our suite of e-learning products.
You will achieve this by working in partnership with other designers and e-coaches as well as other members of the BTC team, in a project based approach to delivering rich media solutions to our customers.

We are looking to recruit a successful Flash / Interactive Developer who has these capabilities:
* Technical web based interactive skills including Adobe suite of web development and particularly Adobe Flash
* Competence in developing e-learning materials
* Competence in multimedia development including audio and video production for web delivery
* Web design skills including skilful use of xHTML and CCS, particularly designing pages to WAI standards
* Excellent MS Office skills
* Competence to work effectively in project teams and to project deadlines
* The ability to communicate in English and Welsh
* e-commerce skills
* Action script skills and ability to interface with other programming languages such as PHP or Java
* Customer Service skills
* The skills and desire to develop exceptional, innovative e-coaching programmes and e-learning materials for a wide range of clients
* A strong commitment to your own personal development and a desire to grow with the business
* The competence to develop elearning materials and approaches to learning delivered online
* Ability and experience to contribute to a talented team to deliver business performance.
