Walt Disney BTC Group designed and delivered a major training event for 200 managers from across Europe based at Disneyland Paris. This bespoke event was experiential and involved both indoor and outdoor training.
Securicor Group BTC Group provided a series of high level masterclasses for Senior Executives of the Group, focussing on Action Learning and Performance Management. The Masterclasses developed the link between effective learning, creating capability, and raising performance.
British Council BTC Group provided training programmes for staff working in British Council centres in 15 countries across 4 continents. The focus was on learning and coaching skills and the programme was conducted largely online with live online sessions and supported by the use of bespoke e-communities.
Oxford University BTC Group is providing bepsoke online communities to support the development of excellent teaching at Oxford University
Barclays Bank BTC Group provided team development for senior business teams, involving faciltiating face to face workshops, one to one coaching and online support.
Unilever BTC Group developed an HR Excellence Model that enable the HR and training function to benchmark its performance and processes against world class standards. This complimented other benchmarking tools used in other parts of the business.
KPMG Group BTC Group supported KPMG in a roll out of a major training initiative for a financial services business. This programme was delivered face to face and involved 30 trainers over a 4 month period.
Wrexham County Borough Council BTC Group is working with Wrexham and a number of Local Authorities to provide a blend of online learning modules, e-communities and face to face workshops to promote diversity awareness across the organisation.
British Transport Police BTC Group provided consultancy and training support to implement a Performance Management Review Process across the organisation. This involved training sessions with managers, train-the-trainer sessions, workshops with all levels of staff with reports to the Senior Management Group.
University of Wales Bangor BTC Group is working with the School of Education to provide an e-Coaching Masters Level module that forms a part of the MA/MEd Programme
Objective One programmeSME online management training BTC Group was the Lead Partner , working closely with BT and the University of Wales, Bangor to develop and deliver an innovative approach to supporting the learning of managers of small and medium sized businesses in North Wales. This was an ESF Objective One project and over 75 companies were supported by the project over 2 years.
Engaging Diversity Equal Programme
BTC Group is the Lead Partner in a 17 strong partnership to deliver innovative online diversity training to organisations across Wales. There are many Local Authorities involved in the project as well as links to projects in 3 other European countries. This is an ESF Equal Project and about 5000 learners will participate in this project.
